The Radiator Pipe appears to break all the rules of traditional pipemaking. Here's how it works and why it's different:
When burning pipe tobacco, a large portion of the resulting smoke is actually water vapor (steam). This water is reduced by the Radiator pipe so you can enjoy the flavour of the tobacco without the steam.
Less steam = less tongue bite.
The Aluminium Radiator base and the stainless steel stem work together to cool the tobacco smoke while gathering moisture in a reservoir - located in the finned base below the smoke draught, thus reducing the gurgling effect common in metal pipes.
Once you are finished smoking the Radiator pipe, simply unscrew the bowl from the base and discard any moisture that has gathered. The interchangeable bowls allow for a personalized touch & easy rotation for different blends.
