Cup O' Joes Blend No. 23 VaPer Kake 50g Tin

Tin note of pungent sour and sweet bread. Tobacco is a Krumble Kake of dark brown, reddish brown and black. Moisture content is great. Breaks apart and rubs out with minimal effort. Burns slow with a few extra relights. The strength is medium and nic is mild. No flavoring detected. Taste is medium and very consistent, with notes of sharp sour plums, bread, vinegar, spices, raisins, floral, sugar, wood, rich earth, lemon grass, spicy, sweet hay, acidic, orange peel/zest, a savory tart citrus background note, and a peppery retro. Virginias are leading with Cavendish and Perique supporting. Room note is pleasant to tolerable, and aftertaste is great.

One of my all-time favorite Va/Per blends. Easy to pack, easy to smoke. A+ Cup O' Joes!

The blend on this is phenomenal. I'm a precious cigarette smoker so this really hits the spot. Not in flavour but in the full bodied smoke. Very good blend my favorite so far.

One of my favorite VaPers. The Perique trends towards the spicy side (especially on the retrohale) instead of the dried fruit flavor, and the base Virginias have both a sweet and sour flavor. The cakes are easy to break apart - you can even peel off layers and smoke as a flake. I can also vouch that it ages well - I just bought several more tins to put aside for several years (assuming I can resist the temptation to smoke them now). Well done Cup o' Joes!

I originally reviewed this tobacco before and basically had nothing to compare it to because it was the first tobacco I had smoked. Now I smoke more than 50 blends, and own 16 pipes, so needless to say I have a little more experience now. I actually like this tobacco very much, it's pretty smooth for a VaPer. I get a freshly baked bread smell from the tin, which is fantastic. While smoking it doesn't bite at all, which is also crazy for a blend such as this one. Citrus and hay is what it tastes like, it tastes very good and I will most definitely be buying again when I run out.

I didn't know this brand, a friend of mine recommend it to me, and he was short BY FAR !!! One of my favs.

This blend is simply fabulous! Burns from top to bottom of bowl without a relight. I found the moisture to be right on the mark. The flavor is great, super VaPer Kake I could eat it with a fork. LOL I will buy more and more. I can find no fault with this blend 5 star for sure. I think I might try cellering some of this just for fun. First, more for immediate use!

Cup o' Joe's Crumble kake, would like to find this in bulk.

Easy to light, slow burning tobacco, reminiscent of Sutliff’s crumble cakes. Tangy tin notes and taste. Mild, and flavourful. A great VaPer with Black Cav.

Nice flavor and good , mellow smoke

No.23 is a delicious, well balanced blend. Rich in flavor, with a medium body and the perfect amount of spicy Perique. It burns a bit hot, and in my brand new Ropp Ruby Straight Bulldog it tends to be a bit wet, with frequent use of a pipe cleaner. No noticeable tongue bite, and little to no sweetness, but very satisfying and tasty. I love the sliced crumble cakes which are so easy to prep and pack your bowl. Highly recommended for VA/Per lovers!
